Location: CEAT Halol Plant, Gujarat
Experience: 6–10 years
We are looking for an HR professional with experience in:
• Bulk or volume hiring, preferably for shopfloor, operator, ITI, diploma or apprentice populations
• Onboarding and induction of large employee batches
• Managing and coordinating technical training programmes
• Working with plant teams, training partners, institutes and third-party stakeholders
Candidate requirements:
• MBA in HR or equivalent postgraduate degree
• Manufacturing industry experience is preferred
• Experience in a non-unionised plant setup would be an advantage
• Willingness to travel
